Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges from the date of your purchase until product is received as damaged product.

For  exchange/return the product customer need to request for exchange or return by messaging or email us. Customer should send the delivery video and photos of parcel to us. (as applicable)once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product.

Further, if the return or exchange is approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e., return/exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
 Please note that used or opened bottles will not be acceptable as return or exchange. The time frame for return or exchange will be 7 days for application and the replacement will be delivered to customer within 15-30 days onced exchanging/return request is approved.
